Come join us for the HealthLINE 25th Anniversary Celebration! (Please note the different meeting time!)

Each attendee will need to select lunch from the following menu options. All meals include rice, beans, guacamole, chips, hot sauce, gratuity, and tax (and birthday cake!).

1. Family-Style Enchilada Dinner: 2 cheese nachos, 2 cheese enchiladas, 2 beef tacos, corn tortillas
2. Bistec Ala Mexicana: Grilled tenderloin, flour tortillas, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese
   
3. Chicken Fajitas: Grilled marinated chicken breast, flour tortillas, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese
   
4. Combo Enchilada Fajita Dinner: 2 cheese nachos, 2 cheese enchiladas, 2 beef tacos, corn tortillas, grilled tenderloin or chicken fajitas, flour tortillas, sour cream, cheese
   

We are required to provide a final confirmed number of attendees prior to the event. With that in mind, registration will be available through January 17, 2015.
