Upon completion of this session, participants will:

• describe the role of experiential learning and design thinking in the use of technology for education and outreach
  
• identify open access, open source, and proprietary resources for using maker technologies
  
• identify and use integral maker technologies to develop a physical or virtual object
• demonstrate the different use and priority for specific equipment, space, and staffing allocations for a creative space at their particular institution.
