The National Network of Libraries of Medicine, South Central Region is pleased to offer the following class at the upcoming HealthLINE meeting.

Class: Measuring What Matters to Stakeholders
Instructor: Cindy Olney, NN/LM Evaluation Office

Description: How can we get decision makers to understand the value that knowledge managers and information professionals bring to their organizations? Measuring and communicating what matters to key stakeholders is one step in the process. This workshop will provide a framework for defining an evaluation plan that will provide meaningful information to help you convey your library’s value to those who influence your budget and operations. Participants will have the opportunity to practice using planning, evaluation and communication tools to help them use evaluation to demonstrate their value to stakeholders.
